Infection Control Protocols at Kingsdale UPDATE: New infection control protocols are in place. At this time, we are doing drop off appointments only in order to protect clients and staff against the spread of COVID-19. Drops offs are by appointment only and must be booked over the phone in advance. When you call the clinic to book or confirm your appointment, we will instruct you on the protocol. At your designated appointment time, please drop your pet off and our staff will discuss everything with you over the phone. All transactions and payments will be done over the phone as well. Food and medication pick up: Please call ahead and let us know what you need. Payment will be done over the phone and you may pick up your food/medication at the entrance of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding as we try to limit the spread of COVID-19. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to the risk of spread of COVID-19, we are instituting new infection control protocols at Kingsdale Animal Hospital. We will be regularly cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch area around the clinic, including countertops, door knobs, reception and waiting areas, and the exam room. There will be ample hand washing opportunities available. If you have had a cough, fever, difficulty breathing, or sore throat in the past two weeks please DO NOT enter the clinic. Please call the clinic in advance at 905-833-5401 to discuss logistics. If a family member or friend is able to bring your pet into the clinic, that is preferable. If you do not have anyone to bring your pet in, please let us know. Upon arrival to the clinic, please remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to alert us of your arrival. We will then pick up your pet from your vehicle directly and/or drop off food, medication, and your pet to your vehicle directly. This protocol is in place to protect clients and staff against the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your co-operation. We wish you all good health.
