Wellness Plans at Kingsdale
Here at Kingsdale we have created Wellness Plans to help make pet care more affordable. Each wellness plan lasts one year and is available for puppies, kittens, adult dogs, and adult cats. Many of our clients really enjoy these wellness plans because they include all the basic requirements for one year, and they also include UNLIMITED NO CHARGE PHYSICAL EXAMS (OFFICE CONSULTATIONS)! This means that if your pet is vomiting or coughing or hurt their leg, etc - the office consultation fee is waived every single time! (Note - Any diagnostics (e.g. x-rays) and/or treatments (e.g. medication) is still charged at the regular price.) The unlimited office consultations gives pet owners the peace of mind knowing that there is no fee for their pet to be examined by a veterinarian in the event that they are sick. In addition to the office consultation, the following procedures are included in the wellness plans:
For puppies and kittens:
- All necessary vaccinations and boosters in the pediatric series
- Nail trims included with each vaccination appointment
- One fecal (stool) sample analysis for parasites
- 3 treatments of deworming medication (to treat intestinal parasites)
- Spay or neuter - including pre-anesthetic bloodwork, pre-surgical dental consultation, IV fluids during surgery, pain medication after surgery
- FIV/FeLV (feline immunodeficiency virus and feline leukemia virus) viral testing for kittens
- Unlimited free physical exams!
- Paying in 4-5 installments over the course of the first year of your pet's life
For adult dogs and cats:
- Annual physical exam including all necessary vaccinations for the year
- One nail trim at the time of the vaccination appointment
- Annual fecal (stool) sample analysis for parasites
- Annual bloodwork analyzing the liver, kidneys, and immune system. Note - There is a Senior Wellness Plan option as well that includes a more extensive profile analyzing the thyroid, cholesterol, electrolytes, proteins, and minerals in addition to the liver, kidneys, and immune system. The Senior Wellness Plan is recommended for adult pets 8 years old and above, depending on their breed.
- Annual urinalysis to screen for urinary infection, inflammation, and crystals
- Heartworm testing and $100 credit towards any parasite prevention product (heartworm, flea, tick prevention) of your choice (for dogs only).
- Unlimited free physical exams!
- Monthly payments over the year that the plan is active.
- Option of Dental Add-On that breaks down the cost of a dental scale and polish into monthly installments too!
